STUART RUDGE

Stuart brings more than 10 years of experience in treating foot and ankle issues.

He has worked in hospitals and community health in both Melbourne and Singapore, giving him a broad and practical approach to care. 

He has a strong interest in musculoskeletal injuries and continues to manage complex cases in a hospital setting alongside medical specialists. 

Outside of work, Stuart juggles marathon training, a young family, and the occasional game of cricket. As a runner, he understands the challenges of foot and ankle injuries firsthand.

• Musculoskeletal pain management (heel, Achilles, forefoot pain)

• Orthotic therapy

• Diabetic foot assessments

• Children’s foot issues (pain and developmental concerns)

• Treatment of nail problems, corns and callus

Stuart accepts Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans and charges a $20 gap fee per consultation.

Karina enjoys all aspects of nutrition and dietetics, although she has a strong interest in chronic disease management, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high cholesterol and weight management.

She is also interested in gastrointestinal health such as IBS, coeliac disease, food intolerances, allergies and other gastrointestinal issues such as constipation, diarrhoea and bloating.

Karina also has a passion in sport dietetics and is keen to assist and advise athletes in various sporting groups.

BACK IN FORM - OMAR KADDOUR

Dr Kaddour completed his undergraduate study in 2000 where he was awarded for excellence in clinical skills. He went on to work in private practice as well as with local and state sporting teams. There he developed a keen interest in acute and chronic low back conditions and shoulder injuries.

He has undertaken further courses on shoulder injuries since graduation. He also worked as physiotherapist for a prominent orthopaedic surgeon treating patients pre-operatively and also following their rehabilitation back to their everyday and sporting activities.
